We deliberately cap how many properties each manager looks after. It means slower growth, but better service.

If a rent appraisal is lower than you hoped, we'll explain why. If a tenant isn't right, we'll say so. No spin.

Joined a national agency in Christchurch, learning the operational side of large-portfolio management.
Moved south
Returned to Invercargill — managing 90+ properties for a regional firm.
REINZ qualified
Completed Level 4 Real Estate qualification and became a licensed agent.
Founded Pro Rental
Started with 12 properties from owners who'd asked me to take their portfolio personally.
180+ managed
Capped at 60 properties per manager. Three full-time team members. Still owner-operated.
